Valve, Gas Safety - Baso for Vulcan Hart Part# 00-497122-00001 is a gas safety valve designed to be used with Vulcan Hart commercial cooking equipment. This valve is designed to shut off the gas supply in the event of an unsafe condition, such as a high temperature or low pressure. The valve is made of brass and has a 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet. It is UL listed and CSA certified for use in commercial kitchens. This valve can be used with natural gas or propane and has a maximum operating pressure of 1/2 psi. It also features an adjustable pressure setting, allowing it to be adjusted to meet the needs of different applications
