General Policy

These are PizzaParts.com’s (“Pizza Parts”, “PizzaParts LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the PizzaParts.com website, phone, or via our eBay store. We retain the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or cancelled. All product returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date to be considered and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Pizza Parts' Customer Service through any of the methods provided at http://pizzaparts.com/index.php?main_page=contact_us. Any return for a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us: Any product not purchased from us. Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging. Any product that exhibits physical damage. Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate. Any product which has been customized or is a special order.

Shipping Method and Arrival Times

PizzaParts LLC reserves the right to change the shipping method at our discretion and send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on PizzaParts.com. All shipping times are estimated by the specified carrier. Once in the carrier's possession, we will not be held liable for any damages, shortages, or delays in shipment caused by the chosen carrier. If an item is not delivered to your satisfaction, please contact the chosen carrier's customer service team.

Mail-In Rebate Policy

Any product offering a mail-in rebate is not returnable to Pizza Parts once the rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace a defective item missing the UPC code.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us using one of the 3 contact methods located on our contact form. If the order has already dispatched, the buyer is responsible for both the origination and destination shipping charges. Additionally, if the product was exported outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for any import/export taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

If Pizza Parts no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) Pizza Parts can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) Pizza Parts can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

Quantity Purchases

While Pizza Parts is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. This is our Standard Return Policy. All items must be returned to Pizza Parts within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Pizza Parts, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. An RMA, once issued, is valid for 30 days. If the RMA has passed this 30 day period without the return of the item(s), the purchase is no longer eligible for return. Please promptly return the item(s) once you receive the RMA.

Damage in Shipment

Claims for merchandise damage in shipment must be made within five working days of delivery. You are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping service and we cannot guarantee any outcomes regarding your claim. No reimbursement will be made until the carrier pays the claim.

Item Defect Claim

When merchandise is returned as defective, you are exercising a warranty claim. All warranty claims must accompany a claim number. You may obtain a warranty claim number by contacting Pizza Parts' Customer Service through any of the methods provided at http://pizzaparts.com/index.php?main_page=contact_us. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping, and must include the warranty claim number along with the original packaging. We send the returned merchandise to an independent testing agent. Once we receive the test results, we will issue you another part in similar or better condition if the part is found to be defective. We do not issue refunds on shipping. If the testing report shows no defects, then we must charge a 20% fee for testing. If the merchandise was found to be damaged by incorrect installation (ie. connected improperly) then you will be charged a parts cost to repair the item as well as a 20% fee for testing and labor.

Missing/Incomplete Shipments

Claims of incomplete shipments/missing items must be made within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to honor or deny such claims based on our internal review.

Open Box Refund Only Return Policy

Return for refund within: 30 days Return for replacement within: non-replaceable Products that state "This item is covered by PizzaParts.com's Refund Only 30-Day Return Policy", or items labeled as “Non-Replaceable” (or similar labeling) must be returned to Pizza Parts within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a refund. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Pizza Parts, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. This is our Detailed Open Box Item Return Policy. Pizza Parts often sells items that are listed as "open-box." Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they are subject to a limited refund-only return policy. Such items can only be returned within 30 days of the applicable invoice date. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Pizza Parts, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. Pizza Parts cannot provide replacement service for these items, as their stock is limited. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including, but not limited to, scratches, dings or dents. Should these items exhibit a functional defect following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer, distributor, or Pizza Parts) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not covered by any 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an Open-Box product Pizza Parts guarantees only that you will receive the product itself; accessories MAY OR MAY NOT BE INCLUDED with Open-Box products. Pizza Parts will not send you a missing accessory, even if the missing accessory is required in order to properly make use of all the product’s advertised functions.

Force Majeure

PizzaParts LLC shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, shortages, inability to procure product, supplies of raw materials, severe weather conditions, or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of PizzaParts LLC in the conduct of its businesses.

The above conditions embody the entire agreement between the parties, and no oral agreement or conversation shall be held to alter the provisions hereof, with the exception of modifications initiated by Pizza Parts upon providing thirty (30) days written notice of same.
